Frame shapes and sizes - Cropping

In this exercise we tried to make picture more appealing by cropping it. Thanks to cutting off some of the picture we focus more attention towards important objects and shapes in the picture.

Frame shapes and sizes - Vertical and horizontal frames

In this exercise we have tried to compare horizontal and vertical picture framing. Each picture was taken horizontally and vertically. Some of them look better vertically and some horizontally. It depends on the shapes in the picture. To make it look good in both framings we had to pay more attention to framing.

In this exercise we positioned the horizon in different positions.

We try to show how different composition impact the look and meaning of our image.

We have taken two sets of images, where we divided the frame in thirds, lower, middle and higher horizon.
